Stepping Back in Time: Exploring Fort Langley

I spent a few days in Vancouver during the summer of 2024. While there, I looked up nearby places to visit and came across Fort Langley.

Nestled along the Fraser River, Fort Langley stands in a quiet, secluded part of town. This historic site offers a fascinating glimpse into the past of the Hudson’s Bay Company fur trading posts. Walking through the grounds, I was captivated by the stories of early settlers and the way life once was.

I really enjoyed my time there. Many historic sites like this across Canada are often crowded, but on the day I visited, it was nearly empty. This gave me plenty of time to explore at my own pace and capture a few photos, making the experience even more special.

Here are some moments I captured during my visit—take a look and experience the charm of Fort Langley through my lens!
